Carbonara-Style Udon Noodles with Raw Egg


Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 pack Sanuki Udon Noodles
- 1 egg yolk
- 30 grams bacon, cut into rectangles
- 1/2 garlic clove, thinly sliced
- Finely chopped parsley, to taste
- Watercress for garnish (if available)
- Noodle broth, to taste
- A dollop of vegetable oil

- 1 pinch kelp tea (about 1/2 tsp.)
- 2 tsp. powdered cheese
- 5 grams butter
- A sprinkle of pepper
Advance Preparation
Microwave the Sanuki Udon Noodles. (Microwave the serving dish as well to warm it.)
Recipe

1. Lightly grease the frying pan with the oil. Sauté the bacon and garlic.

2. Turn off the heat and stir in [A]. Add the noodles as well.

3. Serve on a plate and top with the egg yolk. Sprinkle with the parsley. Garnish with the watercress and then drizzle with the noodle broth.
